Skittles wild berry is now available. Described as a "tasty combination" of raspberry, strawberry, wild cherry, berry punch and melon berry flavour, new wild berry is expected not only appeal to existing consumers but also new consumers with a more mature taste palette.

The variant will be available in 55g single bags (rrp 49p) and 174g sharing pouches (rrp £1.28).

The launch is supported by a £10m marketing campaign comprising sampling, digital activity and a new TV ad. The commercial will build on the success of the ’Midas Touch’ ad. It goes live this month as part of Skittles’ multi-million pound media spend for 2014, which will see the brand secure 25% more airtime than last year.
