A man has been arrested on suspicion of drink and drug driving after a car flipped onto its side on a forecourt in Hampshire after colliding with a barrier.
Officers from Hampshire police were sent to the scene at 2.04pm on Sunday July 10 after a reports that a Range Rover had overturned at The Buck services off the A303 eastbound between Basingstoke and Andover.
The driver, a 28-year-old man from London, was arrested on suspicion of drink driving and driving while unfit through drugs.
A Hampshire and Isle of Wight Fire and Rescue Service spokesperson said: “On-call firefighters from Whitchurch were called to a road traffic collision at a garage on Basingstoke Road in Longparish this afternoon at 14:12.
“There were no casualties involved in the incident which saw one car roll over. The crew provided scene safety, assisting police in recovering the car.”
