Police officers investigating two armed raids on the same service station within days apart have released images of a man they wish to trace.

Mill Pool Service Station, off Alcester Road South in Kings Heath, Birmingham, was held up on February 28 and March 9.

In each case, the raider was said to have threatened a cashier with a knife before taking the contents of the till and escaping.

West Midlands Police has issued CCTV images of a person they want to trace in connection with the incidents.

A force spokeswoman said: “We want to talk to this man about two armed robberies at Mill Pool Service Station on Alcester Road South, Kings Heath. On February 28 and March 9 a man jumped over the counter and threatened the cashier with a knife before stealing the contents of the till and running off.
