Shell has opened its 95th Little Waitrose following the redevelopment of its Shell Sidcup site on the A20 in South East London.
Another 15 stations incorporating Waitrose upgrades are planned for completion by the end of the year.
The Shell Sidcup forecourt store now features the Little Waitrose, including the Wiatrose Essentials and No 1 product ranges plus a wide selection of wines and food-to-go options. Costa Express and Deli by Shell are also available in store.
The Waitrose and Shell partnership has proven very popular with customers since the launch of the first pilot stores in 2011, hence the growth of the network. Shell saw the trial as the beginning of a strong relationship between two established brands in the UK market, exploring opportunities to bring both brands together for the benefit of Shell and Waitrose customers.
Shell Sidcup will also soon have two 50 kW Shell Recharge electric vehicle charging posts.
