Today (May 8) marks GroceryAid Day, when the grocery industry comes together to raise awareness of the charity that supports many employees in this sector all year round.
Grocery retail workers can access support through the free and confidential GroceryAid helpline 08088 021122 or the charity’s website here, no matter what role they have in the industry.
The charity also offers far ranging support on a number of issues from managing a difficult financial situation, to a gambling addiction, and in some matters it offers to help children of people working in the industry too.
Get involved with the day of awareness by downloading the charity’s digital assets to display in store, by adding the 24-hour helpline number to your company’s communications and platforms, and by following @GroceryAid on social media.
