West Midlands Police officers are appealing for help to trace a woman filmed on CCTV being attacked at a service station in Bearwood.
The woman was punched and dragged across the Texaco forecourt, in Sandon Road, in the incident on February 6.
Officers have released an image of a woman they want to speak to.
A spokesperson for West Midlands Police said: “Staff raised the alarm about the incident at around 5am on Monday but all those involved had left before officers arrived.”
Anyone who recognises the woman pictured, who was wearing a distinctive top, is asked to contact police investigators via Live Chat on the West Midlands Police website or call the non-emergency number 101, quoting investigation 20/155673/23.
Alternatively, they can call independent charity Crimestoppers on 0800 555111 to give information anonymously.
