Raw Charging has opened a new EV charging hub featuring 28 bays in Greenwich, south-east London.
The new facility comprises a dozen 50kW rapid bays and 16 ‘fast’ 22kW ones, and is located in Charlton Riverside, close to Greenwich shopping park.
Rather than build bespoke, standalone hubs Raw, which is owned by French private equity, specialises in ‘destination’ charging, targeting drivers who will be visiting nearby facilities.
The firm’s chief executive, Jason Simpson comments: “We are pleased to open our latest EV charging hub at Charlton Riverside, adding important charging capacity in a well-connected part of southeast London. With 28 new bays, the site gives drivers convenient access to reliable charging while supporting the continued shift towards lower-emission transport.”
