EG On The Move’s Starbucks portfolio has grown with the opening of a new drive-thru outlet in Staffordshire, which has coincided with the completion of a new EV charging hub at the same business park.

The twin facilities – with EGOTM running the coffee shop and Instavolt the charging hub – are located at Lichfield South Business Park, which sits just off J5 of the M6 toll north of Birmingham.

The Instavolt hub is said to be the largest in South Staffordshire, with 14 bays offering electricity at speeds of up to 160kW.

EG On The Move operates 295 forecourts and over 40 Starbucks in the UK, while separate but sibling company EG Group, which recently rebranded as Cumberland Farms, has roughly 160 of the coffee-shop franchises, though exited the UK fuel retai market in 2024.
