Walkers is launching Sunbites, its first ever wholegrain snack. Made with whole wheat, whole oats and whole corn, they contain 30% less fat than regular crisps. They also have no artificial colours, flavours or preservatives. The snacks have been launched as a tasty way for consumers to get more wholegrain into their diets. Each pack contains more than 16g whole-grain, which is over one-third of the suggested daily amount. Sunbites come in three flavours: original, sour cream & cracked black pepper and oven-roasted onion & rosemary; in 28g standard packs with a rrp of 41p and six x 25g multipacks, rrp £1.38. The launch is supported by a £3m campaign, which includes press advertising and door-drop activity where one in three target consumers - women and families - will receive a free sample. 0118 930 6666 |
