The Independent Garage Association (IGA) has appointed Bridge PR & Media Services to position Trust My Garage as a household name and brand for all UK motorists seeking a trustworthy independent garage.

The partnership is intended to increase consumers awareness of Trust My Garage through a campaign that will use traditional and digital PR.

Stuart James, IGA director commented: “The IGA chose Bridge to represent the Trust My Garage scheme due to their proven track record in our industry, thanks to the work they had previously done with another independent garage scheme.

“It was immediately clear during their pitch that they fully understood our brief and had lots of innovative ideas to help us raise the profile of Trust My Garage to motorists all over the country.”

Denise Taylor, Bridge PR & Media Services managing director, added: “Trust My Garage has some impressive projects in the pipeline and is working hard to raise the motorist’s awareness of the independent garage trade. We are thrilled to be working alongside them to promote the benefits of visiting an independent Trust My Garage member to the UK motoring public.”

Trust My Garage has been set up to be a scheme for independent garages, complying with a strict code of practice.
