Highworth Filling Station’s state-of-the-art Aquashine-branded valeting area offers customers a car wash, two jet washes, two vacuums and two air water towers.

All staff at the Wiltshire site have been trained in all of the Aquashine facilities, with a couple being championed as experts. Staff have been equipped with a crib sheet so they can explain exactly what happens in each wash cycle. Staff also often assist customers in driving their cars into the car wash, if they are unsure about what to do. They also help with putting air into their tyres.

Upselling is actively encouraged, and there is an incentive scheme in place offering a bonus to the member of staff who can sell the most top car washes.

All of the Aquashine facilities are fully environmentally compliant with waste water passed through an interceptor, before being pumped into the local water company main drain. Borehole water is used, which is filtered and softened to ensure a consistent quality of wash. For a final rinse, water is further treated by a process of reverse osmosis.
