A Lifetime Achievement Award will be presented at this week’s online Forecourt Trader Awards ceremony, for only the second time in the event’s 20-plus year history.
The last recipient was Graham Peacock, founder and former chief executive of MRH (GB) Ltd in 2016, but you’ll have to tune in this Thursday, January 14 at 6.30pm to find out who will be earning this great industry accolade in the 2020 Forecourt Trader Awards line-up.
Forecourt Trader editor Merril Boulton said: “The recipient of this award has been deeply involved in the fuel retailing sector for many years and is well deserving of such recognition, particularly in this current time of so many challenges.
“Everyone at Forecourt Trader is very pleased and excited to finally be bringing the awards to life on-screen, as we cannot yet get together for the normal joyous celebrations. We will all be raising a ‘virtual’ glass for this year’s winners and their momentous achievements.”
The online event will be hosted by celebrity TV presenter, magician, writer and actor Stephen Mulhern. There is no need to register to attend, viewers simply join at forecourttrader.co.uk.
