
Simon Burnett, who joined forecourt equipment provider TSG six months ago, is building his sales team with two business development manager recruits, Alison Adkin and Stuart Rickman.
Adkin joins from Henderson Technology with experience across retail systems, fuel cards, and wider forecourt infrastructure. Her focus, says Burnett, will be “helping customers navigate increasingly complex retail environments, ensuring systems remain easy to use, fully integrated and aligned with their long-term plans”.
Rickman, meanwhile, brings more than 30 years of operational knowledge from PDI/HTEC, which Burnett says reinforces TSG’s “ability to combine retail insight with large-scale service delivery”.

Burnett left CBE to become TSG UK’s head of sales for retail and systems, covering a host of products from epos to EV charging payment technology; and from fuel pumps to car washes.
He says he is “delighted” to have the duo on board. “Alison’s strong relationships within the sector and her consultative approach, combined with Stuart’s deep operational experience, give us a powerful blend of skills,” he says. ”Together, they will play a key role in helping customers identify the right solutions, improve site performance and support long-term business growth.”
