BP won the ‘Best convenience retailer for the food to go mission award’, at last night’s annual CTP Awards organised by shopper research specialist Him, held at the Tate Modern, London.

Now in its 10th year the CTP awards are the only industry awards where convenience shoppers and staff are the judges.

The ’food to got mission award’ sponsored by Kepak, was based on shoppers’ missions when using their store, but not just “here today” when the shopper conversations are conducted. Their missions in a typical week and the missions they would also consider using their store for are taken into account.
