Heinz is launching a new lower carbohydrate food range called Carb Check. It provides consumers with a points system, which makes it easy for them to monitor their carb intake.

There are 18 products in the range including tomato ketchup, tuna sandwich filler, bolognese pasta sauce and chocolate chip cookies.

Joanna King, marketing manager for Heinz Carb Check, says: “The amount of net carbs is clearly labelled on the front of each pack in the range so by following Heinz’s easy points system and meal planner, a low-carb lifestyle is now within everyone’s reach.”
