Walkers is launching reduced sized cases across its core range of Walkers crisps, Doritos, Quavers, Wotsits, French Fries and Squares. The new 32-case format, which replaces the 48-case format, is available now. It should help improve cash flow for customers, delivering lower costs and faster sell-through, ensuring fresher stock. PepsiCo will also be implementing a number of initiatives including further price-marking and extending coverage by its field sales team. The company says it will be covering over 30,000 stores every eight weeks through its team of sales development representatives, who will offer retailers best-in class category advice.
