Functional drinks and mineral waters are the key drivers of growth in the soft drinks category through forecourts, according to Britvic’s Soft Drinks Category Report for 2004.

While sales of soft drinks through multiple forecourts (up 11 per cent) were in line with the overall market, functional drinks grew strongly and mineral water was the fastest growing sub-category driven by sports cap packs.
