P&C Ltd has just passed the 150 mark of sites with support using Oracle software. The milestone follows the company becoming an Oracle Gold Partner earlier this year, enabling P&C to supply products and services to the large estate of Oracle users in the petrol and convenience market.

A move that has complemented our existing facilities management system very well, giving our experienced help- desk analysts the opportunity to help our customers improve their site configuration and reduce their calls on a daily basis.

The retail support team at P&C provides automated daily back-ups of critical back office and till data, which is stored securely in the cloud and monitored centrally to offering its customers a streamlined, consistent service.

P&C is able to assist customers with upgrades and new licence sales for the Oracle Retail Convenience and Fuel EPOS and back-office solutions, formerly known as Iridium and Prism OPT server, and can also offer customers hardware and software installations. It is also able to offer hardware and software support for all versions of the Oracle Retail Convenience and Fuel EPOS and back-office solutions.
