Amscreen, which provides screen solutions to companies including Top 50 Indies MRH and MFG, as well as Shell, Moto and Welcome Break, has been bought by out-of-home business DigiCom. The acquisition sees the transfer of all marketing and sales operations for the 3,500 screen out-of-home network.

The deal means DigiCom now commands one of the largest digital screen networks in the UK, reaching 10 million adults every week.

The acquisition follows the news earlier this year of a complete hardware refresh across the entire 2,500 digital roadside screen network to the new ’Mini-Digital six sheet’ format.
