Cuisine de France has announced a campaign to revitalise the in-store bakery environment and help retailers drive footfall and sales in the category. The insight-led ’Let’s Bake It Better’ campaign includes the new Shout initiative, which will provide retailers with tailored in-store solutions, a new coffee-to-go partnership with Nescafé and a ’Wrapped to Go’ product range.

Through Shout, the company is working with retailers to bring their bakery fixtures to life and provide support to develop expertise among staff. The initiative has been implemented across 50 stores and is showing 20% value growth, on average. The Shout 5-point Action Plan includes advice on stand-out, merchandising, pricing, training and waste management.

Cuisine de France is also launching a coffee partnership with Nescafé, which will see participating stores introduce a Nescafé coffee machine alongside a display unit stocked with products from the thaw-and-sell Wrapped to Go range, which comprises 13 products including Mini Bites, Cookies, Muffins and Cake Bars.
