Morrisons’ petrol station in Illingworth, West Yorkshire, is making energy savings of around 64% after installing the Philips LED lighting solution. The LED lighting design is being used right across the site from canopy and car wash through to signage and forecourt kiosk, including the chiller cabinets.

Ian Jagger, group electrical services & environmental engineering manager for Morrisons, said: "We wanted to ensure that within the fuel bay, the petrol pumps are clearly illuminated. We are extremely impressed with the new LED scheme."
