HTEC has cemented its position as a forecourt payments specialist by reaching a landmark 1,500 installations for its Gempay 3 solution. The 1,500th installation took place at Kay Porthill Service Station, Stoke-on-Trent.
Gempay 3 brings contactless payment and updated security to thousands of customers and supports a wide range of bank and oil company cards including loyalty cards, contactless and Apple Pay. The Gempay 3 terminal also boasts a colour touchscreen.
Wayne Swallow, MD of HTEC said: "We’re delighted to have reached 1,500 Gempay 3 terminal installations at over 1,000 sites following its rollout in September last year... this takes the total number of Gempay terminals currently in use in the UK to over 4,500."
