Country Choice has introduced Hudson’s, which allows retailers to offer an all-day hot dog concept.

Hudson’s comes in two formats, a 360mm x 380mm display unit designed for retailers with restricted countertop space who want to provide food to go or are seeking to expand their existing offer, and for larger retailers and foodservice operators there is a Hudson’s hot dog cart featuring a wet-well bain marie, ambient storage for hot dog rolls, a storage area in the base and a flexible menu system.

The system comes with a range of products including sausages and burgers, and the display unit comes with a reversible header board enabling retailers to promote the breakfast sausage in the morning and the hot dog/burger option later in the day.

There are also branded hot dog trays, burger wraps and napkins.
