YP Electronics has launched Sinqua, which it describes as a ‘ground-breaking new Windows-based epos system’ suitable for c-stores and forecourts.

Ian Harris, managing director of YP said: “Independent retailers want to run their businesses more professionally, but often believe choosing, installing and understanding new technology will be too big a drain on their time. However, our development team has spent the past three years designing a product that promises all the benefits of integration, stock control and reporting but with none of the usual start-up and maintenance hassles.”

Sinqua’s powerful database is driven by the latest Microsoft SQL technology and the configuration of features has been set up so they can be changed easily to meet a company’s changing needs. A user-friendly touch-screen and operational shortcuts also help to make the system easy to use.
