TLM Group Technology is celebrating after its Oracle support service exceeded more than 1,000 sites on support just five months after it was launched.
Over the last five years TLM Group Technology has grown from a small pump maintenance business into one of the leading technology companies in the convenience and fuel industry.
The greatest expansion occurred with the opening of the TLM Support Hub in Exeter, providing full support services for the Oracle CFS EPOS and back office systems including helpdesk, hardware and software maintenance.
With everything in place including a full user distribution agreement with Oracle, plus being named ‘preferred referral partner’ for support by Oracle, the way was paved for the rapid growth
Initially TLM provided support to the MRH estate of more than 450 sites, and demand continued to escalate with retailers signing up daily, passing the 1,000 sites mark at the end of August, with now nearly 90 employees across the group.
TLM CEO Lee Papper says reaching the milestone of over 1,000 sites on support in just five months is testament to the TLM team’s hard work and dedication. They continue to sign up sites on a daily basis, and also have a sales team selling the Oracle solutions, so they will continue to grow their customer base through sales and support.
And he says the original core foundation of TLM’s business is also in good shape. Papper said: “The pump maintenance side of the business is also expanding, actively recruiting engineers, and seeing an increase in business from retailers who are keen to take advantage of the end-to-end system of solutions and services that was our goal from the beginning – from forecourt to head office and everything in between, our team has got it covered.”
