ConocoPhillips Limited has announced that it is restructuring the UK and Ireland marketing business. Employees and contractors have been made aware of the plan, which is expected to better reflect the market place and deliver on the company’s desire to continuously improve customer facing activities.
ConocoPhillips Limited will move to two sales channels, national and regional with specific back-office customer coordinators for efficient and enhanced customer relations at the head office with a view to also enabling increased account manager face time.
Outsourcing opportunities will also be utilised for order taking and scheduling of delivered business. The expectation on customer focus from the provider will be no less than that of our current internal team: An excellent delivery service with superb safety performance. This will enable focus on being a sales organization that works intensely with its customers and other parties to develop opportunities and grow.
