A “nuisance drug addict” has been banned from every self-service petrol station in Bradford.
As part of an ASBO issued on February 18, 36-year-old Robert Dakin has been banned from “entering or attempting to enter or remaining within” any self-service petrol station forecourt or self-service petrol station shop in the City of Bradford Metropolitan District Council area.
The ASBO, which runs under February 2016, also bans him from entering Prabins Convenience Store and the Boots pharmacy in West Bowling, Bradford.
The behaviour order was requested by West Yorkshire Police and Bradford Council and follows more than a dozen incidents involving Durkin in the West Bowling area in the past few months. Most of these involved shoplifting.
