Wet-stock management provider Fairbanks has entered into an agreement with Euro Garages to provide the Top 50 Indie with a real-time wetstock management service.
The deal will see Euro Garages take advantage of Fairbanks’ intelligent real-time data collection and monitoring service following the installation of the Fairbanks ibank technology at all 74 service stations.
Euro Garages managing director Mohsin Issa said: “A wet-stock management service such as Fairbanks’ is critical when managing a petrol retail network. Their real-time service allows us to have access to valuable, intelligent information and reporting tools as well as providing peace of mind that any potential wetstock issues will be identified and resolved quickly.”
Guy Bickerstaffe, regional manager of Euro Garages, added: “We were looking for a wet-stock management package of services that fitted in with our business and provided us with the information we need to ensure we remain efficient. Fairbanks’ daily, weekly and monthly reports, in addition to their loss detection analysis, gives me everything I need to keep the network running smoothly. I am very happy to have Fairbanks on board as they have worked hard to show us how good their service is at every level.”
Michelle King, Fairbanks’ operations director for the UK & Ireland, said: “Euro Garages is a very successful and dynamic business and we are excited to be working closely with them as they continue to expand their network.”
The deal with Euro Garages follows other high-profile retailer signings by Fairbanks who continues its successful growth in 2012 with more Top 50 Indie dealers choosing the Lancashire-based company.
Said King: “We have grown the business significantly over the last 12 months and adding Euro Garages to our customer base gives us the confidence that we’re offering a package of services that is proving invaluable in a market of increasing fuel prices and narrowing profit margins.”
