Raj Hindocha of the Hindocha Group will officially open the group’s fourth forecourt site on December 11. The Perry Barr Service Station, a Texaco forecourt with a Spar store,
is owned by the Hindocha family and their focus is in providing the best customer service as they believe this is where their long-term prosperity lies.
The Hindocha family has an extensive experience in the petrol station sector, having established four other businesses at Coventry, Nuneaton, Corby and Birmingham. The founder of the company, Ramesh Hindocha created the first successful station in Barras Heath, Coventry in 1985 and that allowed Raj and Rupen Hindocha to start acquiring freehold sites in 2003 to build up the family’s portfolio of fuel-related businesses, now standing at six sites.
The new forecourt site brings together many community benefits such as the creation of local jobs, the regeneration of a derelict site, increase in local conveniences, and the use of latest technology in fuel retail operations and management which benefits the environment.
The Perry Barr service station will officially be opened by the Lord Mayor of Birmingham on the 11th of December 2009. The business which will be open 24 hours a day employs 12 local people; and with more jobs planned for the future.
