Londis has launched a tool kit for its retailers to help them meet the high expectations of shoppers when it comes to standards, promotions, price, range and customer service.
The Right Every Time toolkit takes the Londis motto to think like a consumer and act like a retailer and forms the framework to drive excellent store standards. Made up of nine modules, it covers everything from HR and legal compliance, to range and local marketing.
Each module includes top tips, case studies and profiles of Londis retailers who have put best practices into action. Through working closely with their local community and investing in their business many Londis retailers have seen improved basket spend and higher profits.
Paul Courtney, Londis sales director, said: “To succeed in this tough trading environment it’s important that we think like a consumer and act like a retailer. We’ve worked together with retailers to develop the Right Every Time toolkit so we know it’s practical as well as informative.
