A man has been remanded into custody, charged with robbery, after an incident at a service station in Northwood, Hertfordshire last week.
The incident occurred at 3am on Tuesday, October 8, at the Sandy Lodge Esso service station in Sandy Lodge Lane.
Hertfordshire Constabulary said it was believed entry was forced to the door and cash was removed from the till, after an employee was threatened.
Thirty two year old Garry Burke of Osterley Park Road, Southall, Middlesex, was charged with robbery.
He appeared at Uxbridge Magistrates Court on October 10 and was remanded into custody.
His is next due to appear at Isleworth Crown Court on Wednesday, October 23rd.
