Specialist property adviser Christie + Co has been appointed to market the leasehold interest in Flush Garage, a former petrol station in Liversedge, West Yorkshire.
Flush Garage occupies a prominent trading position on Wakefield Road (A638) – a busy arterial route providing access to Dewsbury, Leeds, Halifax, Bradford and Huddersfield.
The site comprises a petrol filling station that formerly traded under the Texaco brand, with a lock-up convenience store/off licence extending to approximately 136 square meters (1,463.9 square ft). It also has the added benefit of wash, air and vacuum facilities, along with ample parking at both sides of the site.
A new ten year lease is being offered for Flush Garage on a nil-premium basis, with an annual rent of £30,000. The owner would be more than happy to grant a longer lease if required.
Gary Yeardley, of Christie + Co, is handling the sale. He says: “This is a fantastic new business opportunity for both existing and new operators to acquire a ready-to-trade site with nil premium and possible incentives.”
