Palmer and Harvey has announced seven managerial appointments to further bolster its sales departments throughout the UK for symbol groups Mace and SuperShop.
Ray Hayes joins the Palmer and Harvey Distribution team as general sales manager. Previously he worked for Jordans Ryvita on an interim basis where he was responsible for putting in place and delivering the strategy for Ireland via its local distributer (SHS). In his new role, Hayes will be responsible for new business.
Meanwhile, Terry Murphy has been appointed sales development controller. Most recently he worked at international construction company Ramboll UK as learning and development manager. Murphy will be tasked with transforming a sales team responsible for adding value to and building business. He will also be tasked with initiating a platform to guide the retail sales functions through all aspects of learning and development.
Chris Bowles comes to P&H as a retail sales manager for the South West region; Mike Hogg joins as retail sales manager for the South East; James Roydhouse as symbol sales manager for the East; Keith Trail as symbol sales manager for the West Midlands; and Barry Wright as symbol sales manager for the North.
