Peregrine Retail is behind plans for a knockdown rebuild of a forecourt site in Kingsclere, Hampshire.
The plan is to demolish the existing shop, forecourt and an attached bungalow, and also remove underground tanks at the site. Then Peregrine will build a new store, forecourt and car wash, and install new underground fuel tanks.
The forecourt would have seven new pumps, one of which will be solely for HGVs, plus there will be 10 car parking spaces.
