Speedway Service Station, on the busy A396 between Exeter and Tiverton, Devon, has been sold by Christie & Co.
Set in an idyllic rural setting in the village of Rewe, the 2.5 acre site included a petrol forecourt, car sales,
two workshops and a small shop. Paul Heather, who handled the sale, said: "The business had been run by the current owners, Peter and Janet James since 1992, but they decided to sell and retire.
"This was an ideal opportunity for local business owners Paul and Lynne Dummett of Keywise Cars."
