Independent ATM provider, Cashzone, has announced an early contract extension to 2017 for providing fully managed ATM services to Roadchef, one of the UK’s ‘big three’ motorway service area operators .
Exceeding projected forecasts, Roadchef has reported its ATM revenues up by some 3% on 2010 which it attributes to Cashzone’s service excellence and the value of a venerable partnership in cash provision.
“Extending our contract with Cashzone was clearly a no-brainer”, commented Roadchef’s Director of Loss Prevention, Michael Heaton.
“ATM reliability and availability is critical to meet increasing customer demand, which is up across our estate as we roll out a major regeneration programme. The long-standing relationship established with Cashzone pays real dividends in working with a trusted partner which delivers exceptional customer service, understands our operation and reflects our brand values.”
“Extending the ATM contract to 2017 ahead of renewal timing illustrates the confidence which Roadchef has in its partnership with Cashzone,” reflects Tim Halford, Business Development Director at Cashzone.
“We’re proud to be Roadchef’s exclusive ATM partner of choice. It’s a truly progressive company, keen to optimize service and revenue potential, whilst focused on investment, innovation and customer loyalty. We’ve had a long and mutually fruitful relationship to date and very much look forward to the road ahead.”
With its acquisition of OmniCash in April this year, Cashzone now claims to be one of the largest independent cash machine operators in the UK, with an estate of some 6000 ATMs.
