Shell’s package for dealers is better than it has been for a long time, and will evolve into a stronger proposition by the end of the year, says Shell’s general retail manager, David Moss.

A combination of huge investment in the company-owned network, improved shops, services and operating standards which enhance the overall brand; as well as a strong fuel offer with competitive deals and good supply facilities, mean dealers coming to the end of their current fuel supply contract, should consider Shell, he believes.

"Shell’s offer is driven by what customers are telling us, and we can share that information with dealers. I would expect us to be growing more in the independent sector as time moves on," said Moss.

"To help progress that, we have set up a dedicated dealer team. By the end of the year Shell will be out there, not only with strong relationship managers, but also a winning proposition for dealers."
