Top 50 Indie Grove Retail has acquired two petrol filling stations from Motor Fuel Group, adding to its portfolio of petrol filling stations in central Scotland.
Fairfield Service Station in Broxburn and Bawbee Filling Station in Leven were acquired for Grove Retail by the specialist Petroleum and Roadside Services Team of property consultancy Graham + Sibbald.
Fairfield Service Station sits on the busy Edinburgh Road (A89), 12 miles west of Edinburgh city centre and has high volumes of passing trade. The site is Shell-branded and has a Starbucks Drive Thru and Greggs Drive To located adjacent.
Bawbee Service Station in Leven, fronts Methilhaven Road (A955). It has a prominent position and potential other uses are being considered on site that will further boost the offering.

We are looking forward to seeing our client improve these sites and build on the already well performing sites.”
