Topaz, which has 330 forecourts across Ireland, has announced a €11.4m investment to introduce Rocket’s fast-food outlets to 40 of its forecourts. The rollout will take place over a seven-year period, and will result in the creation of 45 direct jobs in 2015.
The first Rocket’s at Topaz concept has been launched at Topaz in Douglas, County Cork and it will be introduced at Dublin Port and Brennanstown, County Wicklow before the end of the year. A further 15 outlets will be rolled out throughout 2016.
The Rocket’s offer will include hamburgers freshly-made salads, hotdogs, tenders and milkshakes.
