Topaz Energy has agreed a deal to buy Esso’s retail business in the Irish Republic. Under the agreement, the Topaz parent company, Kendrick Investments Ltd, will purchase the shares of Esso Ireland Ltd and its wholly owned subsidiaries, Ireland ROC Ltd and Esso Ireland Manufacturing Company Ltd.
