TOTAL UK has relaunched its rewards scheme with a new range of partner offers that customers can start redeeming instantly.

The scheme offers dealers the chance to better engage with their customers and is designed to capitalise on the public’s appetite for savings.

The updated 2011 rewards programme includes new offers from Total Rewards’ partners, including two-for-one tickets for selected Premiership football and rugby matches with Viagogo; two rounds of golf for the price of one with Greenfree; and savings at more than 1,000 curry houses with the British Curry Club.

Customers who spend £30 at a Total service station receive a Total Rewards promotional voucher, which can be used to get discounts and offers with hundreds of nationwide partners. Each promotional voucher will also provide one entry into the prize draw.

Other rewards include two-for-one meals at more than 4,000 restaurants, two-for-one tickets for Apollo and Empire cinemas, two-for-one deals on DVD and game rentals at Blockbusters, two-for-one driving lessons with AA, regular prize draws including the chance to win a free tank of fuel every day and later in 2011, a free car and a money-can’t-buy-trip to NASA.

Matt Willcocks, Total UK’s marketing manager, said: “Our research shows that only when customers actually receive a reward, do they start becoming loyal to a scheme or a brand. That’s why we believe that our scheme is so compelling; it lets customers save money, not points. Total Rewards’ customers can start saving real money straight away.

“In the current economic climate especially, Total Rewards is a great opportunity for our dealers to foster loyalty among their customers – and potential customers who are looking to save money and get benefits on their fuel fill-ups instantly.”
