Total is to relaunch its Tops loyalty and reward scheme next month.

From November 5, Tops cardholders and new Tops subscribers will benefit from a completely new online offering whereby points can be tracked and redeemed online via as well as having access to

exclusive online bonus offers in the New Year In addition to the current partners – Marks and Spencer’s and Boots – Kingfisher Group gift vouchers have been selected to broaden the appeal of Tops. Customers can now redeem points for B & Q, Woolworth’s, Comet, MVC and bigW.

The launch will be supported on site, both in-store and on the forecourt, via the website, Tops E Newsletter and SMS; and by internal communications and incentive campaigns to reward store staff initiatives.

To celebrate the launch there will also be a customer prize draw from November 5 to December 2. Winners will be picked at random to win £50,000 worth of vouchers from the three Tops partners – with the top prize bring £10,000.

Commenting on the relaunch, Fiona Over, retail marketing executive for Total UK said: “Total launched the Tops card in 1991 and it is one of the longest-running schemes in the UK with over 1.5 million cardholders.

“We are keen to reward our customers by offering them new redemption opportunities and online points access, thus giving customers more value, choice and convenience from their card.”
