Loose frozen food specialist Fieldfare has unveiled a range of ‘meal-makers’ and party favourites in time for the festive season.
The new lines include a cottage pie parcel (rrp £6.49/280g); cheesy arancini (rrp £2.25/70g; chicken, ham and leek parcel (rrp £6.49/280g); Grimsby fish pie (rrp £6.99/370g); salmon and spinach naked fishcake (rrp £4.99/150g); and tiger prawn and ginger naked fishcake (rrp £4.99/150g).
The first three of these products have been produced by a Nottinghamshire-based butcher and baker which also supplies upmarket food retailers Harrods, Fortnum & Mason, and Selfridges.
Also there is a new range of light bite lines: pizza bites (rrp 49p/20g), and halloumi sticks (rrp 55p/25g).
Fieldfare managing director Matt Whelan says: ”We know shoppers are looking for foods that feel indulgent but still fit round busy lives.
“This new range showcases our passion for craftmanship, quality ingredients and creativity. We have worked closely with our partners to create dishes that bring that handmade quality to the freezer aisle and make the festive season feel that little bit more special.”
