Independent snack maker Burts Chips is bringing back its Christmas-inspired Maple Pigs in Blankets potato chips for 2022.
In 2021 with the crisps were exclusively available via Costa Coffee, but this year the flavour will be available to all outlets.
According to Burts Chips, last year Maple Pigs in Blankets small batch, hand-cooked potato chips tapped into consumer demand for innovative flavours with a strong British heritage. With provenance being such an important element for Burts, the Maple Pigs in Blankets return will see packs feature its new branding that nods to the south-west landscape and coastlines near where they are made.
The 40g packs of Maple Pigs in Blankets potato chips are made in Devon and combine smokey sausage and bacon flavours with a hint of sweet maple glaze and are free from gluten, added MSG, artificial colours and flavours.
