Local authorities have granted MFG permission to carry out improvements to a site in Scotland.
The forecourt in question is in Troon, a town on the west coast of Scotland. MFG had previously been granted permission to extend the forecourt shop, replace an existing car wash with four new jet wash bays, and construct an eight-bay EV charging hub.
The firm subsequently submitted a further planning application that sought to install a chimney associated with a hot food to go facility. This proposal has now also been accepted by the council.
A third application, this one seeking to make the site 24-hour on the basis that no conditions were attached to planning approval when the filling station was first constructed, is still under consideration with the local authority.
