Southern Energy aka Pricewatch has put a message out to any Harvest Energy retailers in the South East who are having problems with their fuel supplies to get in touch.
General manager Tom Buckley says: “With the recent industry developments creating uncertainty for your Harvest-branded forecourt you are probably currently reviewing your supply options. You shouldn’t be rushed in to choosing your next fuel supplier because of the urgency of maintaining supply, these things take time to get right. We can buy you the time you need by temporarily maintaining your fuel supply allowing you to make a considered and informed decision about your next branded supplier.”
Buckley adds that Southern Energy has been supplying independent forecourts across the South East since 1997. “As an independent business ourselves operating as well as delivering to service stations, we understand the importance of fast and reliable deliveries; flexible load sizes; and competitive pricing with no hidden catches.
“If you’re looking for a secure, local supply partner who lives and breathes forecourts and can offer anything from 1 delivery at a time to supply for a few months then let’s talk. We can get you up and running again almost immediately.”
Johnny Srikrishna, director at SJS Group, which has six sites predominantly in the South East, used Southern Energy during the last fuel supply crisis.
“We were with BP then and they could not supply us for a month. Southern Energy stepped in and provided us with super unleaded. NWF helped us out as well. I’d definitely recommend any retailer having supply problems to get in touch with Southern Energy.”
Srikrishna’s sites are now with Shell and he confirms that supplies are okay at the moment.
