Chicklade Service Station, described as a successful service station with a restaurant and convenience store, has been put on the market via Christie + Co. The newly refurbished service station fronts the busy A303 in the village of Hindon, Wiltshire.
Formerly a Little Chef restaurant, the 3,166 sq ft site was remodelled by the current owners in 2013 and now features a 800sq ft Spar convenience store, filling station with a new canopy, and a modern 900 sq ft restaurant.
Mark Booth of Christie + Co’s Winchester office is handling the sale. He says: ‘Offering fuel, convenience shopping and a traditional roadside restaurant, this former closed Little Chef site has been exquisitely redeveloped over the past 18 months. This is a great opportunity to purchase a thriving business positioned on the A303 with huge scope to increase sales further.”
