Euro Garages has unveiled plans for a new HQ in Blackburn as it announced expansion plans in the UK and Europe.
Euro Garages’ parent company, Intervias Group, has reached an agreement with Esso Italiana an ExxonMobil company for the purchase of 1,176 Esso-branded service stations, located in Italy.
Euro Garages has also submitted plans to build a new European headquarters in its home town of Blackburn.
The scheme would comprise a three-storey office block and two drive-thru restaurants, close to the hospital and its existing head office.
The plans include enough parking spaces for 349 cars, 26 bicycles and 17 disabled spaces. It would create 300 jobs.
Finally, for now, the firm has bought a pub in Birmingham in a deal brokered by Christie & Co.
Euro Garages plans to redevelop The Armada, on Powick Road, into a mixed- use site encompassing a forecourt and separate retail unit to be occupied by a multi-national brand.
