Hartlepool-based fuel supply and distribution firm Your NRG has purchased kerosene and diesel supplier Web Oil, allowing the former to grow its operations across the West of England.
The deal sees Your NRG acquire all Web Oil’s depots, delivery vehicles and customers, and is said to be a “pivotal moment” for Your NRG’s nationwide growth strategy. Web Oil covers much of the west, from areas as far north as Carlisle, and as far south as Worcester.
The Web Oil acquisition will allow Your NRG to offer “enhanced route planning, greater stock availability and faster response times”, the company says.
The firm stands as the largest independently run liquid fuel supply and distribution for commercial bulk and domestic heating oil, supplying the agricultural, construction and forecourt sectors.
