Rontec has decided to install Tokheim’s Fuel POS solution at 125 sites to support the strategic growth of its business in England and Wales.

Rontec identified a need for a new point of sale solution that was capable of managing all aspects of its fuel and convenience retail business. Fuel POS was chosen for a number of reasons including its modern, intuitive user interface, its depth of functionality, its ability to control other forecourt products, and its seamless integration with the web-based Tokheim Konnect head-office system.

Doug Paton, Rontec’s IT project manager, said: “We selected Tokheim as our IT partner because of the strength of its technology with its future upgrade path, the Tokheim brand, its UK market position, and the fact that it was already a proven global supplier.
